Introduction

This report aims at presenting problems which a project manager can face. We will target the problems of a technique point of view on Web projects type. A reminder on what project management consists of will be exposed initially. We will then present two management tools: Microsoft Office Project Server and PHPCollab. What are their advantages, what are they entitled to do, what are their limits?
